  At the time of writing this - I wonder if I fully will ever understand the man that I've come to know as Ry'leth Crown; even though that's not his born designation. I truly believe any other group would have simply given up on him. If Victus did not allow us to transfer him to our company it is probable that he would have been terminated.
  Upon our first meeting it was obvious that he was an emotionally compromised, stunted, man. Though he is quite socially and self aware he has grown (and still needs time to grow) from his initial personas.  While I cannot fully comprehend the depth of his insecurities - the emotional immaturity could aptly be reasoned from his origins. The environs in which he has grown into has not been well on his mental health. If anything such environs now have worsened his state of mind. Although that's no excuse for his infractions among other actions.
  As I attempt to unravel his frame of mind - I am stopped at every turn. Truly Ry'leth holds himself close to his chest; an evasive entity that decides to compulsively craft personas for each new person he meets in an attempt to appease them. In this way he deftly applies, I can only assume, a defense mechanism to potential past trauma(s) as a flight response fueled by paranoia, obsession, and a need to guard any information about himself through whatever means necessary.  He reads quite like my daughter, Antheraea, in every societal aspect; someone who holds such masked disdain by putting on a display for everyone around him. The action - whether conscious or not - can be described as a knee-jerk empathic response for appeasement of others. The ability to read people at a frightening pace and seamlessly adjust his behavior to suit their needs borders on a highly functioning antisocial disorder. It is a small wonder if any mental maladies cause this or if it is purely a product of his original environs. At times I've seen his mask slip at work, he truly seems miserable when around so many people. It must be exhausting to try to juggle so many defenses at once. If my assumption is wrong: I do not know what else could fuel such terrifying logic. Could it be scientifically possible for one to innately feel other's emotions just by being in the same room?  Although he now knows he cannot throw his personas at me personally (though at times it can catch one off guard) - he can at least still attempt to manipulate those around him into a gaslighting affair and muddy the waters. He truly is, in itself, an unreliable narrator.
  Perhaps I should be grateful to use such talents as his. His abilities to put up a metaphorical mirror and reflect others allowed him almost an air of invisibility; he could easily blend in to those social settings and command a scene with ease. In retrospect those skills had allowed enabled us to easily pass through territories unseen when dealing with unkind officers who couldn't be bought off with coin.  Ry'leth is a useful tool - easily malleable for our needs. Mistake not his frame of mind and methods; they are purely in a private setting. Dr. Crown, professionally, is quite unabashed in the art of Alchemy and Pharmacology. He's given us new pathways over the years to achieve our goals in a reasonable frame of time and no amount of gil will ever be enough to compensate for his research.

Mandatory probation work with pay. Will be terminated if conditions are not met.    I'm a very slow / reserved person who doesn't typically tend to reach out. Name preference is only since I don't feel comfortable giving out my name. (Remember, internet safety!) Everything in this carrd has been built up over a few years of playing ffxiv with friends. This carrd is basically a reference to confidential files in his company's database and not to be taken ICly unless it's agreed upon. I'm also still learning RP styles in the game. I may struggle with descriptions / post length but I'll try to match. Please let me know if you'd want to do one on one RP since i'm mostly oblivious to starters and don't like to bother people.

   I'm older so I don't want to RP with people under 21. I also don't really care for anything other than SFW / mature. If NSFW happens it will be very rarely as Ry'leth is asexual. We can exchange codes if we start to RP with each other but it's never required. I also mainly socialize in LGBT+ social circles. Which means I won't tolerate Homophobia/Transphobia/Racism or interact with IC/OOC with players/characters who do.

   I typically log on, do dailies & craft. Content varies. Venues on the weekends with friends at times. On call for work so play times may vary + schedules. If you ever need help with crafting or gameplay i'm usually available.
